Abstract
Abstract A quinazolinone derivative of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R 1 is hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, or a salt thereof and processes for preparing the same are disclosed. The quinazolinone derivative (I) is useful for treatment of diabetic complications.
