Abstract
Abstract A tin-free steel gasoline tank coated with a maleic anhydride modified polypropylene or ethylene propylene impact copolymer made by reactive processing is described. The coating exhibits good adhesion to the steel and the tank is resistant to attack by gasoline-alcohol mixtures and water which may condense in the tank.
