Abstract This application discloses cables insulated with a flexible homogenous and smooth composition which consists essentially of an interdispersion of low density polyethylene and polychloroprene ingredients and at least an effective amount of fibrous polytetrafluoroethylene interdispersing agent effective to homogenously blend said ingredients.
