Abstract
Abstract A laminate of integrally bonded components includes at least two electrically conductive plies, at least one structural element, and at least one radiant heat reflective ply. Each structural element and each radiant heat reflective ply is separated from the electrically conductive plies. These plies are isolated from each other by an electrically insulating fibrous, refractory, ceramic ply disposed therebetween and bonded thereto by means of an adhesive ply. Two of the electrically conductive plies are connected in series with an electrical source and an alarm to provide an intrusion signal upon penetration of the laminate by a conductive tool.
