The static converter according to claim 1, wherein the internal reference plane is made up on the one hand by a metallization of one face of a printed circuit bearing the filtering capacitors, and on the other hand by at least one metal plate connected to said metallization by a conductor and to which the ground planes of the various internal converter elements are connected.
