Abstract
Abstract An all-solid state double layer capacitor and an all-solid state multicell electrochemical device are disclosed. The electrolyte material employed in the devices consists of an ionically conductive polymer such as polyethylene oxide with an inorganic salt which renders the polymer material ionically conductive.
