Abstract
Abstract A fluidized bead bed including a conductive filter sheet for dissipating static electricity generated by the movement of the beads in the fluidized state. The filter sheet includes a conductive layer, a superimposed conductive net, or is interwoven with conductive fibers to conduct the static electricity to ground or to dissipate the static electricity as a heat loss or electromagnetic wave radiation.
