Abstract
Abstract A dielectric ceramic composition which comprises a mixture of 7 to 25 mole% of BaTiO3, 0.1 to 15 mole% of Bi2O3, 50 to 65 mole% of TiO2, 0.1 to 5 mole% of LaO3/2 and 15 to 45 mole% of NdO3/2 in a total of 100 mole%. At least one member selected from the group consisting of Y2O3, Gd2O3 and CeO2, and at least one member selected from the group consisting of Cr2O3, MnO2, NiO and CoO are further added to the mixture in amounts of from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight and from 0.01 to 1 part by weight per 100 parts by weight of the mixture, respectively.

A dielectric ceramic composition which consists essentially of (A) 100 parts by weight of a mixture of 7 to 25 mole % of BaTiO 3 , 0.1 to 15 mole % of Bi 2 O 3 , 50 to 65 mole % of TiO 2 , 0.1 to 5 mole % of LaO 3/2 and 15 to 45 mole % of NdO 3/2 in a total amount of 100 mole % as main components, (B) from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the said components (A), of at least one member selected from the group consisting of Y 2 O 3 , Gd 2 O 3 and CeO 2 , and (C) from 0.01 to 1.0 part by weight, per 100 parts by weight of said main components (A), of at least one member selected from the group consisting of Cr 2 O 3 , MnO 2 , NiO and CoO.
