An activating device comprising: two members moveable relatively to each other along a sperical surface so that movement of said members is three-dimensional; said members being free to move in all directions relative to each other and to move in at least two mutually orthogonal directions relative to said spherical surface, a shaft extending from one of said members to be moved therewith; and induction means for imparting to said members forces in mutually orthogonal directions along said surfaces for enabling said relative movement.
