A serrated row of similar flat-topped teeth lies along the inner edge of each arm with the flat tops of each serrated row of teeth lying in a common plane and the two planes containing said flat tops intersecting each other at an angle of approximately 40 degrees. Preferably each row contains six flat-topped teeth.
