Abstract

Abstract A liquid jet recording head is produced by (a) forming a solid layer comprising a photoresist of a positive type photosensitive material on a substrate in accordance with the pattern of the liquid flow path, (b) filling up the recess on the substrate where the solid layer is not present, with a liquid flow path wall forming material, and (c) removing the solid layer from the substrate.
