Abstract Compounds having activity against chronic obstructive airway disease or cardiac disease, characterized by the formula ##STR1## wherein R 1 is n-propyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, n-pentyl, 2-methylbutyl, 3-methylbutyl, 2,2-dimethylpropyl, cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexylmethyl, and R 2 is hydrogen or methyl, provided that R 2 is methyl when R 1 is n-propyl, n-butyl or isobutyl, or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof.
