Abstract
Abstract A control system wherein there are determined a first and a second target value in terms of engine horse power. The first target value is a function of depression degree of accelerator, while the second target value is a function of engine speed. The first target value is generated as an output signal when a deviation in engine speed is smaller, while the second target value is generated as the output signal when the deviation is large. Based on this output signal, a device to adjust combustible charge to the engine is controlled such that the engine produces the horse power indicated by the output signal.
