Abstract
Abstract A clear freely pourable base composition for hair conditioner products comprising, in weight percent, from about 0.1 to about six percent of a derivative of ethoxylated/acetylated lanolin; from about 0.1 to about 1.0 percent of an ionic polymer; from about 0.5 to about 1.0 percent hydroxyethyl cellulose; and a solvent selected from the group consisting of purified water and a water-alcohol mixture. Cationic/anionic grooming agents can be added with cellulose derivatives and viscosity modifiers.
