Abstract
Abstract This application discloses open-cell foam coating compositions and open-cell coated fabrics. The foam coating comprises a fabric substrate and a breathable fine cell foam coating adhered to the substrate wherein the foam coating is comprised of an open cell foam polymer lattice and a hydrophobic material which coats substantially all the surfaces of the polymer lattice and renders the breathable foam coating water repellant and waterproof.
