Abstract

Abstract A liquid jet recording device comprises a plurality of heat actuating chamber portions communicating with ejecting orifices for ejecting a liquid to form flying droplets, an electrothermal transducer provided for each heat actuating chamber portion so as to transfer heat effectively to the liquid filling the heat actuating chamber portion, and a driving circuit portion comprising a plurality of function elements for separating signals to drive independently each of the electrothermal transducers and for driving the electrothermal transducers. The plurality of electrothermal transducers and the plurality of function elements are structurally formed in the surface of a substrate, or the plurality of electrothermal transducers are mounted on the surface of a substrate in the surface of which the function elements are formed, and the electrothermal transducers are mounted in a form of a laminating structure.
