Abstract
Abstract A fiber cord comprises a core which is formed by braiding a plurality of strands, each comprising at least one fiber filament of high elongation. Around the core, an outer layer element is formed by braiding a plurality of strands, each comprising at least one fiber filament of low elongation and high strength. Around the outer layer element, a protective layer element is formed by braiding a plurality of strands, each comprising at least one fiber of high elongation.
