Abstract
Abstract An improved cutting blade for use in cutting hard but brittle materials is proposed. It has a base plate, both sides of which are formed with a plurality of grooves. Abrasive grains are affixed to the blade in these grooves in such a manner that these abrasive grains will project partially beyond the surface of the base plate.
