Abstract
Abstract Polymers containing alkoxylated nitrogen salts of sulfonic acids are useful for imparting good conditioning properties such as improved feel to skin, and skin irritation reduction, and humectancy. The polymers may also comprise neutral, anionic, and/or cationic monomers.
