Abstract
Abstract A method of preparing resistance material in accordance with which metal oxides and/or metal oxidic compounds are heated together with a binder and, possibly, metal. A resistor having a temperature coefficient which is low and independent of the dilution, that is to say the level of the resistance value, is obtained by choosing particles which are smaller than 100 nm and vary within a very narrow range only as the starting material.
