Abstract

Abstract This invention relates to novel compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R 1 is lower alkenyl or lower alkynyl; R 2 is lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl or cycloalkyl; R 3 is hydrogen; R 4 is alkyl, cycloalkyl or lower alkoxycarbonylalkyl or R 2 and R 3 are joined to form dimethyleneoxy (i.e. --CH 2 OCH 2 --) or R 3 and R 4 taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached, form a 5- to 6- membered heterocyclic ring, compositions containing said compounds and a method of employing said compounds as arthropod repellents.
