Abstract
Abstract In an X-ray film cassette, a front cover and a bottom cover are severally formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. A grid member for the removal of scattered X-rays is bonded to the inside of a panel of the front cover, and a coating layer for protection is provided to cover the whole surface of the grid member on the exposed side thereof. The coating layer is also formed of carbon fiber reinforced plastics.
