Abstract
Abstract An internally threaded cap shell is screwed on the neck of a container such as a bottle of the type used for pharmaceutical products and the like. A ring is joined to the cap shell by means of plastic connecting bridges which are concealed by a downward extension of the cap in the form of a projecting annular flange. The ring and the bridges are located substantially in the line of extension of the side wall of the cap shell and the free end of the ring has a rib which is applied under an annular projection of the bottle neck.
