Abstract
Abstract A thermosetting coating composition, useful as an automotive finish, has film-forming constituents of a low molecular weight hydroxyl-functional acrylic copolymer, a low molecular weight hydroxyl-functional polyester based on branched-chain glycols, and an aminoplast resin. The composition can be applied at environmentally-acceptable solids levels and cured at commercially acceptable temperatures to form a durable film.
