Abstract 2-Cycloalkyl-pyrimidin-5-yl-(thiono)(thiol)-phosphoric-(phosphonic) acid esters and ester-amides of the formula ##STR1## in which R is alkyl, R 1 is alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino or phenyl R 2 is hydrogen or alkyl, R 3 is cycloalkyl, and X is oxygen or sulphur which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal properties.
