Claim 1
Independent Claim 45 words
A dimensionally stable reaction injection molded polyurethane elastomer comprising the reaction product of an organic polyisocyanate, a polyoxyalkylene polyether polyol, a blowing agent and ethylene glycol wherein said elastomer contains less than 0.10 percent free water prior to curing at 120° C. to 210° C.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 45 words
A dimensionally stable reaction injection molded polyurethane elastomer comprising the reaction product of an organic polyisocyanate, a polyoxyalkylene polyether polyol, a blowing agent and ethylene glycol wherein said elastomer contains less than 0.10 percent free water prior to curing at 120° C. to 210° C.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 30 words
The elastomer of claim 1 wherein said polyol is a graft polymer dispersion prepared by the in situ free-radical polymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer or monomers in a polyol.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 28 words
The elastomer of claim 1 wherein the concentration of said glycol is from 15 percent to 25 percent based on the total weight of polyol and ethylene glycol.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 13 words
