Abstract
Abstract The addition of 8-anilino-1-napthalene sulfonic acid to a reagent comprising peroxidase in a serum protein based medium improves the stability of the enzyme 10-20 fold by blocking heme binding proteins and thereby maintaining the structural integrity of the enzyme.
