Abstract
Abstract Disclosed is a method for the total determination of hormones and pharmaceuticals partially bound to specific or non-specific proteins, by the enzymatic hydrolysis of the bonding proteins, the reaction of the hormones or pharmaceuticals with an antibody and the radioimmunological determination of the hormones and pharmaceuticals, characterized by the fact that the immobilized antibodies are used.
