Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 13
Claim 1
Independent Claim 78 words
An exercising device which comprises an elongated frame member having a longitudinal axis and having two end portions and an intermediate portion disposed therebetween, one of said portions including means for receiving a weight member, and a handle means rotatably attached to the other of said end portions, for rotation about an axis transverse to said longitudinal frame axis, said intermediate portion of said frame member including means shaped to contain an arm-engaging surface adjacent said handle means.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 78 words
An exercising device which comprises an elongated frame member having a longitudinal axis and having two end portions and an intermediate portion disposed therebetween, one of said portions including means for receiving a weight member, and a handle means rotatably attached to the other of said end portions, for rotation about an axis transverse to said longitudinal frame axis, said intermediate portion of said frame member including means shaped to contain an arm-engaging surface adjacent said handle means.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 15 words
The exercising device of claim 1, wherein the arm-engaging surface means is a cushioned surface.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 48 words
The exercising device of claim 1, wherein the frame member has generally a triangular shape with the weight member receiving means being disposed at the apex portion of the triangle and the handle and arm-engaging means being disposed on opposite sides of the base portion of the triangle.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 36 words
The exercising device of claim 1, wherein said weight receiving means includes a plurality of weight position means located in the frame member for varying the position of the weight member relative to the handle means.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 34 words
The exercising device of claim 1, wherein a plurality of handle position means are provided in the frame member for varying the position of the handle means relative to the weight member receiving means.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 18 words
The exercising device of claim 4, wherein the arm-engaging surface means is pivotally disposed within the frame member.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 18 words
The exercising device of claim 5, wherein the arm-engaging surface means is pivotally disposed within the frame member.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 25 words
The exercising device of claim 4, wherein the weight position means are a plurality of slots which are adapted to selectively receive the weight member.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 25 words
The exercising device of claim 4, wherein the weight position means are a plurality of holes which are adapted to selectively receive the weight member.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 29 words
The exercising device of claim 8, wherein a locking member is pivotally attached to the frame member, said locking member being adapted to close on said plurality of slots.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 25 words
The exercising device of claim 5, wherein the handle position means are a plurality of holes which are adapted to selectively receive the handle means.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 20 words
The exercising device of claim 1, wherein the handle means are disposed on both sides of the arm-engaging surface means.
