Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 6
Claim 1
Independent Claim 91 words
An array of electrical circuit components comprising a substrate having upper and lower surfaces, a plurality of apertures in said substrate extending through said substrate between said upper and lower surfaces, discrete spaced electrical components on the upper surface of said substrate, terminal pads on said lower surface of said substrate, at least two terminal pads corresponding to each electrical component, and at least two discrete conductor strips extending along the walls of each said aperture, each said conductor strip electrically connecting a corresponding terminal pad to its associated electrical component.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 91 words
An array of electrical circuit components comprising a substrate having upper and lower surfaces, a plurality of apertures in said substrate extending through said substrate between said upper and lower surfaces, discrete spaced electrical components on the upper surface of said substrate, terminal pads on said lower surface of said substrate, at least two terminal pads corresponding to each electrical component, and at least two discrete conductor strips extending along the walls of each said aperture, each said conductor strip electrically connecting a corresponding terminal pad to its associated electrical component.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 15 words
The array as claimed in claim 1 wherein said through apertures are parallelly extending slots.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 20 words
The array as claimed in claim 1 wherein said terminal pads and said conductor strips are of thick film dimensions.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 52 words
The array as claimed in claim 3 and further including a corresponding array of discrete spaced terminal pads of thick film dimensions on said upper substrate surface, each said conductor strip extending between and electrically connecting a terminal pad on said upper surface and a corresponding terminal pad on said lower surface.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 19 words
The array as claimed in claim 4 wherein said discrete electrical components are resistor elements of thick film dimension.
