Abstract
Abstract Titanium dioxide pigment of anatase crystal structure containing 0.05 to 0.3% Nb 2 O 5 , 0.4 to 0.6% K 2 O, 0.8 to 1.2% Sb 2 O 3 , 0.2 to 0.4% P 2 O 5 and the balance substantially TiO 2 ; the particles of said pigment having a surface coating of hydrous metal oxide, such as alumina. Such pigment is useful as a delustrant in synthetic fibers, such as cellulose acetate.
