Abstract
Abstract Ink compositions for use in capillary type writing instruments containing quaternary ammonium of the formula: RCH.sub.2 N(CH.sub.3).sub.3.sup.+ X.sup.- wherein R is --CH 2 OH or --COOH, and X is --OH, --Cl, --Br, or --I. These ink compositions, when used in capillary type writing instruments, allow rejuvenation of writing points which have dried out from exposure to the atmosphere.
