Abstract
Abstract Compounds that act as emulsifiers, detergents and antioxidants when added to a lubricant or a fuel are prepared from (1) an alkenylsuccinic anhydride or acid and an aniline-aldehyde resin or (2) the product of (1) and an aromatic triazole, e.g. benzotriazole, and aldehyde. Also included are lubricant compositions containing the compounds.
