Abstract
Abstract Compounds within formula ##STR1## and their salts wherein X is alkylene of 2-4 carbon atoms; R 1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms; R 2 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms or benzyl, or R 1 and R 2 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a 5-, 6- or 7-membered saturated ring; R 3 is aryl; R 4 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 -4 carbon atoms; and R 5 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms; have been found to possess mood-modifying and anorexia inducing activity.
