Claim 1
Independent Claim
131 words
A method for inhibiting ADP-induced platelet aggregation and treating thrombosis in a mammal in need thereof comprising administering internally to said mammal a platelet aggregation inhibiting amount of a compound corresponding to the formula: ##STR3## and the pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof wherein: R 1 is diloweralkylamino, dicycloalkylamino, or hexamethyleneimino; R 2 is lower alkyl or hydrogen; R 3 is lower alkyl, halo, hydroxy, amino, acetamino, acetoxy, lower alkoxy, or carboxy; r is an integer of from 0 to 5; x is an integer of from 0 to 2; y is an integer of from 0 to 4 with the proviso that when R 2 is lower alkyl, y is 1; and z is an integer of from 0 to 3 with the proviso that when R 2 is hydrogen z is 0.
Claim 2
Independent Claim
