Claims Analysis
Total Claims: 12
Claim 1
Independent Claim
43 words
A flame resistant cellulosic product regenerated from a cellulosic viscose solution containing from 3 to 7% by weight of colloidal Sb 2 O 5 and from 5 to 30% by weight of polyvinyl bromide, said weights being based upon the weight of cellulose.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
43 words
A flame resistant cellulosic product regenerated from a cellulosic viscose solution containing from 3 to 7% by weight of colloidal Sb 2 O 5 and from 5 to 30% by weight of polyvinyl bromide, said weights being based upon the weight of cellulose.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim
9 words
The product of claim 1 containing an organotin stabilizer.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
11 words
The product of claim 1 in the form of a fiber.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim
11 words
The product of claim 1 in the form of a film.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim
23 words
The product of claim 1 in which the Sb 2 O 5 has an average particle size of about 10 to 20 angstroms.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim
21 words
The product of claim 1 in which the amount of Sb 2 O 5 is from 4 to 6% by weight.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim
17 words
The product of claim 1 in which the amount of polyvinyl bromide is from 8-25% by weight.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim
55 words
A process of producing a flame resistant regenerated cellulosic product comprising adding from 3-7% by weight of colloidal Sb 2 O 5 and from 5 to 30% by weight of polyvinyl bromide, said weights being based upon the weight of cellulose, to a cellulosic viscose solution, and regenerating a cellulose product from said cellulosic solution.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim
55 words
A process of producing a flame resistant regenerated cellulosic product comprising adding from 3-7% by weight of colloidal Sb 2 O 5 and from 5 to 30% by weight of polyvinyl bromide, said weights being based upon the weight of cellulose, to a cellulosic viscose solution, and regenerating a cellulose product from said cellulosic solution.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim
19 words
The process of claim 8 in which the regenerated cellulosic product is a fiber spun from the viscose solution.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim
19 words
The process of claim 8 in which the regenerated cellulosic product is a film cast from the viscose solution.
