Abstract
Abstract A rabies vaccine is prepared by adaptation of the rabies virus to chick-embryo fibroplast cell cultures in progressing dilutions of from 10-1 to 10-5 for the inoculation of the cell culture passages and for multiplication in dilutions of from 10-2 to 10-5 for inoculation of the growth cultures.
