A chemical compound having the formula: ##STR62## wherein: R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halo, lower alkyl and trifluoromethyl; B is a member selected from the group consisting of the bivalent radicals ##STR63## --N═N-- and --N═CH--, said L being a member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkylcarbonyl and lower alkenyl, and said bivalent radicals being attached to the benzene nucleus with their heteroatom; R 3 is a member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl; m and n are each an integer of from 1 to 2 inclusive; and R 7 and R 8 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halo, lower alkyl and trifluoromethyl.
