Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 8
Claim 1
Independent Claim 63 words
A hydraulic well-treating fluid composition which comprises an aqueous solution containing N,N-dialkylacrylamide ether adduct of polygalactomannan gum as a gelling agent in an amount in the range between about 0.05 and 5 weight percent based on the weight of the water component, wherein each alkyl group contains between one and about four carbon atoms; and a breaker additive for reduction of solution viscosity.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 63 words
A hydraulic well-treating fluid composition which comprises an aqueous solution containing N,N-dialkylacrylamide ether adduct of polygalactomannan gum as a gelling agent in an amount in the range between about 0.05 and 5 weight percent based on the weight of the water component, wherein each alkyl group contains between one and about four carbon atoms; and a breaker additive for reduction of solution viscosity.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 79 words
A hydraulic well-fracturing fluid composition comprising (1) an aqueous medium, (2) N,N-dialkylacrylamide ether adduct of polygalactomannan gum as a gelling agent in an amount in the range between about 0.05 and 5 weight percent based on the weight of the water component wherein each alkyl group contains between one and about four carbon atoms, (3) a breaker additive for subsequent autonomous reduction of the gelling properties of the N,N-dialkylacrylamide ether adduct of polygalactomannan gum, and (4) a propping agent.
Claim 4
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 21 words
A hydraulic well-fracturing fluid composition in accordance with claim 2 wherein the gelling agent is N,N-dimethylacrylamide ether adduct of guar gum.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 22 words
A hydraulic well-fracturing fluid composition in accordance with claim 2 wherein the gelling agent is N,N-dimethylacrylamide ether adduct of locust bean gum.
