Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 2
Claim 1
Independent Claim 60 words
A method for manufacturing a vaccine for the prevention of disease caused by feline leukemia virus which comprises culturing at least 10 7 feline lymphoblastoid cells chronically infected with FELV of low infectivity and thereby having viral associated antigen on their surface, inactivating said cells by chemical or physical irradiation or thermal means without destroying immunogenicity, and harvesting the cells.
