Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 19
Claim 1
Independent Claim 114 words
An electricity generating apparatus comprising a generator which can produce surplus electrical energy during off peak hours, in combination with a heat retaining magma that conducts electricity directly from said generator and being heated thereby, a series of passages extending through said magma and a source of water selectively entered into said passages, the water thereby being transferred into steam, and means receiving the steam produced by said magma to generate additional electricity to increase the total supply of electrical energy of the entire apparatus during peak demand periods, the material of said magma comprises an electricity conducting material throughout the aggregate, said surplus electrical energy being conducted directly to and through the aggregate.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 114 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 15 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the means receiving the steam is a supplemental generator.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 14 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the means receiving the steam includes the generator.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the magma is ceramic.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the aggregate includes concrete.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the aggregate is discrete.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 14 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the passages through the magma are spaced apart.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the passages are lined.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the passages are burnished.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 8 wherein the lining is porcelain.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 10 words
The apparatus of claim 8 wherein the lining is pipe.
Claim 13
Independent Claim 43 words
The method of conserving electrical energy in a conventional electricity generating apparatus comprising utilizing excess electricity directly to heat an electricity conducting magma heat storage device, selectively running a liquid through the magma producing steam, and conducting the steam to an electricity generator.
Claim 14
Independent Claim 43 words
The method of conserving electrical energy in a conventional electricity generating apparatus comprising utilizing excess electricity directly to heat an electricity conducting magma heat storage device, selectively running a liquid through the magma producing steam, and conducting the steam to an electricity generator.
Claim 15
Dependent Claim 16 words
The method of claim 12 wherein the heat stored is sufficient to operate a steam turbine.
Claim 16
Dependent Claim 11 words
The method of claim 12 wherein the steam produced is superheated.
Claim 17
Dependent Claim 12 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the electricity conducting material is carbon.
Claim 18
Dependent Claim 13 words
The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the magma comprises a series of blocks.
Claim 19
Dependent Claim 18 words
The apparatus of claim 16 including grooves in the blocks, said grooves being aligned to provide the passages.
