Abstract
Abstract Asphalt cement compositions are produced which contain an EPDM or EPM elastomer. The elastomer is premixed with a high DBP absorption value reinforcing carbon black to form a bound rubber masterbatch. The specific gravity of the masterbatch is substantially equivalent to the specific gravity of the asphalt cement or asphalt.
