Abstract
Abstract The growth hormone release inhibiting compound: ##STR1## in which R is hydroxyl, dimethylamino, alkylamino of 1-5 carbon atoms or phenethylamine, the protamine zinc, protamine aluminum and non-toxic acid addition salts thereof as well as the corresponding linear heptadecapeptide and intermediates therefore are herein described.
