Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 4
Claim 1
Independent Claim 102 words
The method of inhibiting the deposition in solid form on the inside surfaces of heat absorbing vaporizable liquid conducting tubes of suspended solids, consisting principally of magnetite, Fe 3 O 4 , transported by the liquid in the tubes which have their outside surfaces exposed to hot gases and are embodied in a closed cycle vapor generating system wherein almost all of the vapor generated is recovered as condensate and returned to the tubes, which comprises using ferrous metal tubes having a film of a non-ferrous metal on the inside surfaces of the tubes which has been applied in a known manner.
Claim 2
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 14 words
The method of claim 1 wherein the film of a non-ferrous metal is chromium.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 14 words
The method of claim 1 wherein the film of a non-ferrous metal is nickel.
