Abstract
Abstract Disclosed herein are interpolymers of a styrenic monomer, a maleic or halomaleic anhydride monomer and a brominated monomer selected from the group consisting of bromophenyl acrylates, bromophenyl methacrylates, bromoneopentyl acrylates and bromoneopentyl methacrylates. These polymers when formulated with various additives, have a UL-94 rating of at least V-1. The polymers are especially useful for use in radio and T.V. cabinets, furniture, appliance housings and other similar applications.
