A compound of the formula ##STR22## wherein X is a pharmaceutically acceptable anion; R 1 is styryl; R 2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R 3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, adamantyl, phenyl and substituted phenyl wherein said substitutent is selected from the group consisting of dimethyl and dimethoxy; R 2 and R 3 when taken together are tetramethylene; R 4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, phenyl, dimethylphenyl, and chlorophenyl and R 5 is hydrogen.
