A stabilized ethylene-carbon monoxide copolymer composition containing about 0.1 to 20% based on the weight of polymer in the composition of a stabilizer system comprised of at least one compound having the structural formula: ##STR2## wherein R, R' and R" are the same or different radicals or atoms selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, cyclohexyl and straight or branched-chain alkyl radicals having up to 8 carbon atoms.
