Abstract

Abstract A portable tree stand which can be used for hunting or other purposes and which can be pushed to any desired height with the use of a pole which fits into a receptacle and includes a pair of rollers mounted at an angle on one side of the tree and a roller locking claw on the other side of the tree which locks the stand at the desired height. A ladder extends downwardly from the stand and allows the hunter to climb up to the stand after which the ladder can be pulled upwardly to the stand to make into a chair. Heating means as well as gun and bow and arrow holding means are provided on the stand. Also, the stand can be used as a back pack, as a chair, a cot, a table or a litter for carrying injured persons, or when desired, for toting heavy loads.
