Claim 1
Independent Claim 53 words
An erosion-resistant and wear-resistant Ti-Ni-M 1 -M 2 alloy consisting essentially of 42.5 to 54.4 atomic percent of Ti, in which M 1 is Ta or Nb and M 2 is Mo, and the atomic ratio of M 1 + M 2 to the total atoms other than Ti is 1 to 55%.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 53 words
An erosion-resistant and wear-resistant Ti-Ni-M 1 -M 2 alloy consisting essentially of 42.5 to 54.4 atomic percent of Ti, in which M 1 is Ta or Nb and M 2 is Mo, and the atomic ratio of M 1 + M 2 to the total atoms other than Ti is 1 to 55%.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 53 words
An erosion -- resistant and wear-resistant Ti-Ni-M 1 -M 2 alloy consisting essentially of 47-52 atomic percent of Ti, in which M 1 is Ta or Nb and M 2 is Mo, and the atomic ratio of M 1 + M 2 to the total atoms other than Ti is 1 to 35%.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 53 words
An erosion -- resistant and wear-resistant Ti-Ni-M 1 -M 2 alloy consisting essentially of 47-52 atomic percent of Ti, in which M 1 is Ta or Nb and M 2 is Mo, and the atomic ratio of M 1 + M 2 to the total atoms other than Ti is 1 to 35%.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 58 words
An erosion -- resistant and wear -- resistant Ti-Ni-M 1 -M 2 alloy consisting essentially of 48 to 51 atomic percent of Ti, in which M 1 it Ta or N b and M 2 is Mo, and the atomic ratio of M 1 + M 2 to the total atoms other than Ti is 1 to 25%.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 58 words
An erosion -- resistant and wear -- resistant Ti-Ni-M 1 -M 2 alloy consisting essentially of 48 to 51 atomic percent of Ti, in which M 1 it Ta or N b and M 2 is Mo, and the atomic ratio of M 1 + M 2 to the total atoms other than Ti is 1 to 25%.
