Abstract
Abstract Aqueous carbon black compositions are made containing fluorine containing wetting agents to increase the stability to weather. The carbon black compositions are useful in mineral binder systems, for example for concrete, slate, clear concrete, asbestos concrete and exterior plaster formulations.
